Naja P, is an Inuk singer-songwriter, she represents a new generation striving to find its place between tradition, identity, and modern Kalaallit/Greenlandic life. For her, music is about sharing emotions and atmospheres – and that is evident in everything she creates.

Naja P is unafraid to experiment with the Kalaallisut/Greenlandic language and offbeat melodies that carry the listener from the vastness of the universe to the tiniest flower in a world filled with deep emotions – from the fragility and collapse of love to the struggle for self-worth and identity. For Naja P, music is not just about sound – it is about creating community, understanding, and hope. She uses her platform to show that it is okay to be yourself, and that our differences can be our greatest strength. She aims to prove that Kalaallit/Greenlandic music can be both relevant and inspiring on the global stage.

Her EP “Naasunnguusunga” was Naja P’s first release under her own name, and it quickly took Kalaallit’s/Greenland’s music scene by storm, earning Album of the Year at the Koda Awards and Release of the Year at the KNR Awards in 2023. In October 2024, Naja P released the album “Allaaneruvunga,” further cementing her position as a powerful new voice in the country. Naja P's performances are powerful, energetic and full of colors and contrast. The music varies from heavy tones to soulful ballads. There's both fragility and feminine force.
