RANDI OLINE

Ever since releasing her first songs in 2023, Randi Oline has distinguished herself as a fresh, direct and committed voice in Norwegian music. With her heart both in folk music and indie pop, she has managed to hit the listener hard with a soft soundscape.

Randi Oline's songs revolve around longing, hope and a desire for change, whether it is in the protest song "Demo" with commitment to the Palestinian cause, or "Gatene fylles av farger" (The streets are filled with colours) which was written after the terror attack in Oslo during Pride 2022.

The queer struggle is especially close to Randi Oline's heart, and the feeling of being different and learning to see it as a strength is present in several of the songs. Over the past few years, Randi Oline has achieved one milestone after another. She won the prestigious award "Årets stjerneskudd" at Bylarm in 2024, and followed up her success with performances at festivals such as Træna, Vinjerock and the main stage at Oslo Pride.
